เงื่อนไขในการจองห้อง
Conditions for booking a room
1. ไม่อนุญาตให้แกะ รื้อ และเคลื่อนย้ายสายไฟ รวมถึงห้ามเคลื่อนย้ายอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าและโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ทุกชนิด
( Unpacking, dismantling and moving the power cable is not allowed. Including prohibiting the movement of electrical equipment and audio-visual equipment of any kind. )
2. ปิดไฟ ปิดแอร์และอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าหลังจากใช้ห้องเสร็จ
( Turn off the lights, turn off the air conditioner and electrical equipment after using the room.)
3. รักษาความสะอาด ไม่ทิ้งขยะ ขวดน้ำ/แก้วน้ำ หรือ ถุงพลาสติกไว้ในห้อง
( Keep it clean, do not leave trash, water bottles/glasses or plastic bags in the room. )
4. หากมีการเคลื่อนย้ายโต๊ะและเก้าอี้ ขอให้จัดกลับไปที่ตำแหน่งเดิมภายหลังที่ใช้เสร็จ เพื่อมิให้กระทบผู้ใช้ห้องและการเรียนการสอนซึ่งจะเกิดขึ้นถัดไปจากการใช้ห้องของท่าน
( If the table and chair are moved Ask them to return to their original position after use. in order not to affect the user of the room and the teaching that will occur next to the use of your room )
5. ถ้าทำการจอง หลังเวลา 16.00 น. เจ้าหน้าที่จะดำเนินการพิจารณาในวันทำการถัดไป
( If making a reservation, after time is 16.00 hrs. The staff will consider the next business day.)
6. ต้องจองห้องล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 3 วันทำการ (ไม่นับวัน เสาร์ อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดราชการ)
( Reservations must be made at least 3 working days in advance (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). )
7. โปรดตรวจสอบตารางการใช้ห้องเรียนก่อนจองห้อง
( Please check the class schedule before booking. )

9. ผู้ขอใช้ห้องจะต้องดำเนินการดังนี้
( The applicant to use the room must proceed as follows: )
9.1 สำรวจผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทุกคน โดนจะต้องเป็นผู้ได้รับวัคซีนเข็มที่ 2 อย่างน้อยร้อยละ 85 และ กรอกแบบสำรวจการรับวัคซีนให้แล้วเสร็จก่อนใช้ห้องเรียน
( Survey all participants They must have received at least 85% of the second dose and complete the vaccination survey before using the classroom. )
9.2 กำชับผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องสวมหน้ากากอนามัยตลอดระยะเวลาที่ร่วมกิจรรม
( Encourage participants to wear masks throughout the event )
9.3 ผู้ขอใช้จะต้องปฏิบัติตามมาตรการเฝ้าระวังป้องกันและควบคุมโรค COVID-19 ของจังหวัดมหาสารคาม และมาตรการของกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัย และนวัตกรรม อย่างเคร่งครัด
( The applicant must comply with the measures to prevent and control COVID-19 of Maha Sarakham Province. and measures of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation strictly)
9. ** สามารถจองห้องได้ถึงเวลา 20.30 น.**
( ** Able to reserve a room until 8:30 p.m.** )
