Lecturer Dr. Prasongchai Sethasornwit, Lecturer of Public Administration College of Politics and Governance Mahasarakham University and Professor Dr. Hironori Kato, Professor of Civil Engineering at The University of Tokyo, Japan, jointly studied the spatial concentration patterns of outcomes in short-term transport policies and the spatial influencing factors of such outcomes. Using advanced methods of spatial econometrics to analyze the results of Thailand's first car policy in the context of short-term policy. and make policy recommendations to the Thai government and other developing countries governments.
